Welcome to the website of the South Devon Green Party

The South Devon Green Party is part of the Green Party of England and Wales. We are a federation of local branches covering a large area between Exeter, Plymouth, Dartmoor and the sea.

The South Devon area includes the local authority districts of South Hams, Teignbridge and Torbay and the parliamentary consitituencies of Newton Abbot, South West Devon, Torbay, Totnes as well as parts of Central Devon.

We are committed to creating a more sustainable society fairer for all and are persuing this goal via the democratic system, by standing for election.

Unlike the other parties, the Green Party takes a long term view. We are concerned about true sustainability for this generation as well as the generations to follow. Furthermore our policies are holistic - we realise that economics, society and the environment cannot be seen in isolation as they are interconnected aspects of the world we share.
